"What made our stay truly excellent was the outstanding service staff. Ruben, Manuel, and Santos from the Eden Pool went above and beyond every day. Ruben not only brought us our food and drinks promptly, but he also carried great conversation and made us feel right at home. Jesús at the lobby bar was amazing—he even did a TikTok with us! Velentin at the Market buffet provided exceptional service with a warm smile each morning. It was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and it’s amazing staff like them that keep us coming back to the Hard Rock. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful resort. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist area. We were upgraded to a suite near the pool over looking the ocean. Room was clean and spacious. Food at the pool and room service were very good, especially for an all inclusive resort. Hotel gym was large and well appointed. When planning restaurants there are great options at the hotel and at nearby Pueblo Bonito properties and golf course. We booked Fellinis which as at a sister property 30 mins away. While it was good, we wish we would have just stayed closer to the report. We tried the market for less lunch one day, just a 5 min shuttle ride from the hotel. A lot of good choices. We were happy with the resort and food. The only thing is we with the pool servers were a little more attentive. Sometimes hard to order and had to go out of our way to flag them down. We would come back again! "

"We only stayed one night because we did not want to drive back to our house in Los Barriles in the dark. The property could use some renovations but the room was clean and safe. We only spent $30 so we considered it a great deal. We had a tv and ac in the room. No wifi but the tv was a great alternative. They only gave us one towel but we made do with our beach towels we had in our car. "
