"Great location across the road from the lakeside promenade.Room was clean and tidy, nothing flashy, but perfect for our needs. Although described as a lake view and being just across the road from the lake trees obscured most of the view on our June visit but hey ho! Breakfast was lovely with a decent choice of continental with a changing mix of a few cooked items. An added bonus was the rooftop sun deck where you could also be served breakfast and if sunbathing you can also phone down to get drinks brought up,result! All the staff were nice, friendly and helpful."

"Great location with views of the lake. Close to beach club / sunbeds and town. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was also good. Would recommend. Go for lake view room if available , although other were fine also."

"We were greeted with a friendly welcome and check in was smooth. We had a lovely comfortable room with a balcony looking over a small harbour. The continental breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Lots of Restaurants and shops around the hotel. Short walk to the lakeside and Ferry. All staff friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina . The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . So a little buggy especially with the heat wave . The pool was beautiful and very relaxing . The back of the hotel had a jacuzzi in the garden as well . The food was good and the staff were friendly. I think they are in the middle of redecorating the rooms . Some rooms are more updated . Some are partially updated. I would recommend if you are planning on visiting Lake garda Desenzano ."

"This hotel has a great location. Very close to Lake Garda and within easy reach of public transport and the ferry. The staff are outstanding, very helpful and extremely friendly. The property is quite dated, but very clean as is reflected in the rooms. The air conditioning was minimal making it hard to sleep most nights. The greatest negative for us was the noise. From 6am doors were slamming and the volume of noise increased as housekeeping started to clean at 8am. Their supplies were kept in cupboards outside of guest rooms and there was constant loud talking again door slamming and moving of furniture. The walls are paper thin, therefore you can hear everything from the rooms on either side of you. We enjoyed our stay,but left feeling sleep deprived 😴"
