"I really enjoyed the stay, however. On a busy weekend, you may or may not have parking. Its first come, first serve. Since the location has permanent residents, this can be a issue if you arrive back really late. So keep that in mind. Our room was just like the pictures, but our steamer did not work and when I asked for a replacement, that never came so we did not have a way to iron/straighten out our clothes. That was a bummer. "So I booked my room three weeks ago paid for it in full the day I booked then I get there yesterday and there’s no rooms available so I had to send my kids to other rooms to stay with friends"

"There is about 1/4 inch gap in the door so you can see outside or inside. Each door had a glow from the sunset coming through. Also meant you could hear a lot going on. Soap in bathroom had been used and there was a cigarette burn on top toilet seat cover. Also had to fix the chain inside tank. in the lobby was gross. The only good thing was the staff"

"Staff was very kind and helpful but for 320 (insane) a night I expect at least a decent nights sleep and a shuttle to airport. They advertise for a shuttle but didn’t have one apparently even though when we called other locations they said they should. We heard every single noise throughout the whole night and the people in the room above us fought so bad and very late into the night that we had to call the front desk about a DV situation. Then we could hear their early morning conversations...

"There were 3 weddings in the area and they didn't have rooms ready at the 4 pm check in time for anybody. There was a lot of people and I came in first while everyone cut in front of me. They eventually had to put me in a King "Suite", so I could dress and get ready for the wedding. "

"Hair everywhere broken leaking toilets serves only cereal and toast for breakfast. Tried to get my money back and couldnt. 10/10 ??, WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!"
