It was the perfect base to relax and unwind after a busy day. Lonely Traveler Productions thought it was absolutely brilliant – a truly marvellous place to stay and one we’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Derby. "I had a great stay at The Stay Company Friar Gate in Derby. The location was excellent—easy to find, with clear instructions for accessing the accommodation. There were plenty of amenities nearby, including local shopping and a good selection of restaurants. The access routes were convenient, making travel simple. The accommodation itself was ideal for a couple. It was smartly fitted, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every aspect was thoughtfully covered. If I were to suggest improvements, they would be minor and more personal preference: a king-size bed would have made the experience even better, and perhaps a slightly larger sofa for added comfort. However, I understand these are limited by the size of the property. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."
