"The whole hotel is great, recently refurbished everywhere is new and very well maintained. The rooms were so comfortable, we slept so well. Breakfast was also excellent, great choices, great food and such lovely staff. There is nothing that we could fault. AND great value for money, the location is perfect for getting to, parking and the proximity to the city centre! Amazing. "

"Check in was efficient Staff were friendly Rooms were clean and functional. Evening restaurant was a disaster 45 min to get and appetizer and customers were not happy. Food left on service counter and not bought out to tables. Breakfast was much more efficient. May have been a bad evening but no real apologies offered. Average budget stay hotel. "
