"This hotel has to be one of the best examples of price/performance that I have stayed in in Germany. The staff was awesome, the breakfast buffet was the best I have had in a while, the price point of the rooms was great. Also the location to the Wittenberg Platz UBahn, directly next to KaDeWe and the Kufürstendam, and 10-15 minutes to the Aquarium and Zoo makes the Mercure unbeatable in my eyes. Thank you to everyone there!"

"Great location, quiet part of the city but 100mtrs or so from the U Bahn taking you into the heart. Cleanliness exemplary, staff efficient and courteous. Breakfast excellent, loads of choice and pleasant surroundings. Room was perfectly functional though maybe a little small. All round an excellent short break. "

"I had read previous reviews about unwelcoming staff / unfriendly atmosphere. well I can absolutely say that couldnt be further from the truth. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. Always a friendly smile and polite chat from the staff. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the rooms have everything you could ask for. They are also cleaned daily if needed. The facilities are also great the spa area was a perfect wind down after a long day out exploring. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be booking a break here again in the new year. "
