De har en butler-service, som hjalp os med alt fra ekstra rengøring, transport til indpakning af figurer i træ vi havde købt, så de kunne gå direkte i bagagen på flyet. Vi nød maksimalt alle 8 dage vi boede her. Hotellet ligger lige ud til vandet og...

"Can’t fault our stay in any way. The facilities were extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep. Plenty of things to do outside of the hotel, with the centre of Sanur, and the ICON Bali shopping centre a short walk away."
