"We have been staying at the Sofitel Heathrow since 2011 and continues to be a brilliant start to our holiday. The rooms are spacious, very clean and kept very well. We booked a room with club lounge access and again treated to great service. The wine and nibbles were excellent, served by two lovely and friendly gentleman (sorry forgot their names). Breakfast in the morning was a choice of cold items or you could order hot food. Again good service. Only one minor improvement would be extra USB...

"This exceeded my expectations. There’s a spaciousness upon entering with two locations to check-in. Dining was close by with several choices. Fun decor and comfortable seating, with fresh lemon water in the lobby and complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water in the rooms. Our room looked and felt newly refurbished. There were plenty of green spaces around for our pup to do his business and walk around. Nearby petrol station, convenience store and pub. "

"Perfect location on the outskirts of London if travelling from the West with excellent transport links. Service was exceptional and room surpassed expectations which made for a comfortable stay. Price unbeatable and would sooner stay here than a Premier Inn/Travelodge."

"The room was great as was the continental breakfast and lounge. The only negative was the pizza restaurant next door in the Holiday Inn. The service was poor, the pizza options were slim and the food was only so-so. The bar on the other side of the room was very nice with good food options and nice and prompt service. Other than the pizza place, I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
