"Typical big city stay. Great location. Next to Grand Central terminal with several street accessable subway entrances. I would recommend the Commadore club for a nice clean getaway with and a protected outside terrace. No street view but beautiful architecture above. A few short blocks from times square, Bryant Park, NYC Public library, tons of shopping. Best of all rent an ebike across the street and take a city ride. "We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "The rooms were clean but the dining area in the lobby had Cockroaches. Also, they have only three elevators and two weren’t working so the wait to use the elevator is crazy."

"Elevator didn’t work 2 nights in a row. They blamed it on traffic and a lot of people were complaining. I missed my Broadway show reservation and 2 Ubers because of it. We had to climb down 14 flights of stairs to make it down 3 times."
