"This property is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately the grounds were covered with goose poop. The room was a bit worn and could use a refresh."

"Free bags of ice was the only good thing about this stay. The room was filthy. The carpet was horrible, I didn't take my shoes off nor did I sleep under the sheets. Headboard hadn't been dusted in months. Stains on the ceiling. The shower and tub, I would not bathe a dog in it. The blinds did not cover the entire window, someone could easily look in the room. Not sure what the odor was"

"Way over paid and.couldnt use any of the swimming area due to not being clean and not working. Was very disappointed brought my family to escamab to the state fair and paid over $500 for a 2 night stay so we could enjoy so swimmingnandnhot tubing but could use the swimming area cause it was so filthy will never stay there again."

"Carpet had stains and a strong air freshener odour, our room had a window with a garbage bag covering it from the outside, you could see from the other window that it led into a shed, which really creeped us out. bed was OK, bathtub didn't drain and we showered in a pool of water which was gross."

"Simple, easy for a one night stop over on the way up to Mich Tech. Really a great stop for weary travelers."
