"We stayed here 3 years ago for the same reason we stayed here again this time. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of 8. 1 King, 2 double beds and a large couch. It felt like an apartment but that's where anything positive ends. A lot of things at this place didn't work. The ice machine didn't work, lights and some outlet didn't get any electricity. The person below us knocked on our door and said there was water leaking to her roof. The sheets and blanket did not smell good like it wasn't properly washed. The pool is not receptive to children as it's to high. There's no real amenties here other then the free breakfast. If you have a large family like mine this is a nice place to stay for the price that's spacious. I came down at 1031 and the lady working told me breakfast ended at 1030 and closed the gate on me. So if you intend to get breakfast get in before 10."

"Good location, although there needs to be clear signage to locate the property. I never saw a sign for the hotel and GPS wasn’t very helpful. Otherwise, my stay was very good. I appreciated the available laundry facilities."

"There was plenty of parking, AC worked like a dream, the beds were super comfy, and the staff was so kind, patient, and helpful. The only thing we were sad about was the pool. It wasn't dirty, it just looked a little too green and we don't know why. We didn't ask or press the issue because honestly we were out of the hotel for most of the time we were there. It may have been perfectly fine. We saw someone else getting ready to get into it. We were going to be checking in really late and they accommodated us. We got down to breakfast late one day, and they patiently waited for us to finish. We stayed for two nights. We had one bedroom with two queen size beds and it did not feel like the four of us were on top of each other, there was so much space! Overall good experience!!"

"The hotel is in excellent condition. It’s either new or newly remodeled. Bed was super comfortable and pillows awesome. The breakfast area offered a lot to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel at this location in St Charles MO and would definitely stay again. Hotel exit is right off the highway which was very convenient. We stayed in room 416 and it was very quiet!"

"Missing shower curtain in one of the bathrooms , call the front desk multiple times was never able to get a hold of anybody, check out was 11. Our keys stopped working at nine difficult to load our cars when we kept getting locked out. .. hotel was very clean pool area very nice and clean front desk very helpful and nice."
