"Only problem we had was the construction that woke us up at 8am on monday, However, the front desk manager MORE THAN MADE UP FOR IT!"

"Some things broken in shower. The night before we checked out, there was an issue with hot water. It wasn’t resolved by the time we left. One evening hotel staff member did not offer much information about issue with water. Knew it wasn’t working but that was it. Not fun being out all day in snow and 20 degree weather and then have to take a cool shower. "
