"Their airport shuttle bus was broken down and they had no back-up plan for us. "Just get an Uber or a Lyft," they said. Yes, maybe this is easy for most people, but we'd just arrived in the US after living abroad for four years. We had no cell service and only the spotty airport wifi to communicate with. It took us several hours to arrange a ride. Furthermore, we had lots of luggage and most ride services cannot accommodate that much. We were rejected by the Lyft driver. It was nightmare....

"This hotel was incredibly clean and had very friendly staff. I needed to stay an extra night and they were able to accommodate me in my same room. The hotel offers plenty of parking, a restaurant, and easy access to the nearby freeways. Would definitely stay again."
