Hotel Spa di Daylesford and the Macedon Ranges

"No wifi available, which was very disappointing. The gas heater turned off regularly (every 15 mins or so) and had to turned on again so the room was not continually cosy and warm. There was a reverse cycle air conditioner but that was not sufficient to heat the room for Winter temperatures. There was very little reception for the TV so not all channels were available. The room itself was nice and big and set out well but definitely needed some maintenance, particularly to the front door and...

"It was an unpleasant experience at the hotel. In the end, we decided not to stay the night we paid for due to the terrible service. The room was very cold, and the heater did not work. We will not go back again."

"Stayed for a night to catch an early flight. Room did the job. Had a bed, good bathroom and was quiet. Took me about 5min to leave my room, walk across and be at the departures"

"If you want to have the shuttle service, better go down to the lobby early. As we reserve the shuttle service one night before and the stuff already confirm with us for the reservation. But end up in the next day morning, another stuff told us we are not registered. And we need to wait for the next round. Lucky that is just a 5 minutes distance."

"I would have preferred an option to sleep on a western style bed due to my age [80 yrs] and not on a traditional floor setting otherwise my stay was a delight. "
