Excellent friendly workers, food was very good but limited. Wi-Fi wasn’t good in the room but good down stairs.

This was a nice place to stay as a dive resort. The in room safe, was not attached to anything, anyone could just walk out with the safe. The staff was very friendly the dive shop critter republic was the reason for my stay. Many of the people who stay here, come just for the diving with Justin the owner of critter Republic dive shop. The owners of Sierra resort should recognize this. He is making them lots of money.

Pretty bad food on the menu. No fresh fruit and the staff struggled to find basic things like the WiFi password. The beach was not very nice. Luckily, we were spending only 1 night there.

Hi. thank you for taking time to comment about our hotel. It is our desire that the water in the pool remain warm so our guest can still enjoy swimming even at a cold night. Thus, our pool floor is made of marble dust with blue color cement. As the cement and some color fades the dusty sand became visible, it may look like dirt but it is not. Our swimming pool are well maintained otherwise the water will no longer be clear. Nevertheless, we will continue to maintain and improve as you pleased. thank you.

Downright Bad Experience! Lady Manager didn't help
The service was so bad. We booked 4 family rooms for 2 nights and requested for 2 twin bed each rooms but when we arrive, non of our requested room is ready. We arrived about 7pm and all of us got into the room nearly 11pm. Some of my family member has to wait near the pool where it's so dark and lots of mosquitos! I also booked the hotel with breakfast but came out nothing as the resort claimed that Hotels.com forwarded the order to Expedia. It seems like the employees here do not properly handover things to their colleagues. Nobody can confirm anything, they have to keep calling their supervisors.. During check out, the Lady Manager keep saying we had 7 extra beds where in fact there's only six. She keep insisting to a point that we asked her housekeeper to count it again. They counted 6 but not even a single apologies from her! I know this is ecofriendly hotel but I didn't expect there will be "tuko" gecko in from of my door!

以前スタンダードルームに宿泊した時はバスタブがあったのにエグゼクティブデラックスにはバスタブがなく残念でした。 新館らしく清潔感はありました。

We are saddened that you were not happy with your room. The room that you booked is without is our modern room with pool view. It is our VIP room with 1 Queen but with no bath tub. Our rooms with bath tub are our rooms with 2 Queen beds. Your reservation sir has a request for 1 Queen only. My apology that you were not guided well as to the choices of your rooms. ingen wifi og ingen køkken
der var KUN os på hotellet.. de havde en dårlige resturand, eller de ville bare ikke servere dessert.. ingen dessert.. og nogle af maden var udsolgt.. !! tror ikke de havde mad.. og ingen internet.. kræver mine penge tilbage.. kan KUN fraråde dette hotel til folk !!!

部屋が暗いし狭い
シーサイドの部屋でもバルコニーが海側にありません。 部屋付属のバルコニーは、なぜか海が見えづらい位置にあります。 早い時間にチェックアウトする場合は6時以前にはフロントに従業員がいません。 メインストリートから入る場所には大きな看板がありますが 看板からホテルまで「ホントにこの先にホテルがあるの?」という林の中です。 宿泊客が少ないので、比較的静かに過ごせるのが良いと思います。

Thank you for comment. My apology but seaview rooms has balcony with a view of the ocean but not with seafront view. However, from your room you will have the seafront view through the window.
