"施設は古いですが我慢出来ます。部屋に入るとキッチンのスポンジは使い古されたもので、食器用洗剤はほぼ空でした。この点をホストに連絡したところ、すぐに確認しますと連絡がありましたが、2泊の滞在中には何も起きませんでした。温泉は素晴らしいですが、中国人の方が身体を洗わずに湯船に入り、そのまますね毛を剃りはじめ、お湯の中で長いていました。"

We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. "Très bel hébergement! Il manquait peut être un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner. De plus l’annonce indiquait pour 6 personnes mais n’avais de la place que pour 5 personnes (par chance nous étions que 5). Mise a part ces petits détails tout était parfait. Nous avions oubliés une montre et le personnelle c’est occuper de tout pour nous l’envoyer par la poste! Nous avons grandement apprécier le temps qu’ils ont pris pour nous répondre rapidement et procéder a l’envoie! "

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights. The benefit of being able to wear just socks and walk throughout the hotel is amazing. Being able to use a private onsen on the first floor and in your room is very nice. While food is good, I wouldn't call it great. It's multi-course but always has a hotpot round and you can order extra dishes if you are hungry. If you stay for 2 nights, you can choose your next night's main dish but it's also hotpot style main. Wouldn't recommend staying for food but everything else is fantastic and worthy of 2 nights stay."

"The onsen was the best I’ve ever been in. The outdoor “wood spas” with about 10 different minerals and essential oils was absolutely fantastic. My only gripe is that the half board meals are identical day to day. I only stayed 2 days, so I’m not sure how frequently the food items change. I will say the selection is giant. Because I’m used to places that change the food options daily.. I tried to eat through the whole buffet on the first day, trying little bits of everything. Had I realized it didn’t change, I would have just had larger portions of some items and tried other stuff the next day. "

"Big onsen hot spring with 35 pools and tubs, underground indoor swimming pool; succulent buffet with anything you possibly can imagine are available. During my stay, hotel hosted an annual devil festival with traditional dances, rice cake bitting, and onsen water fight competitions between two almost naked young athlete groups - so much fun in Noboribetsu."
