"If your rooms at the front of the hotel you're gonna have to put up with listening to the traffic all day and night. And even though the cooked breakfast is free, I wouldn't serve it to a dog. But the continental breakfast is absolutely fine. And the staff are great and really friendly."

"Good budget accommodation for central Dartford, interesting historical building. The bed was comfy and the complimentary full English breakfast was substantial. A little bit of noise during the night but that was because my room was facing the high street. Helpful staff and it was great to be able to park for free. Would stay again!"

"The staff were very helpful and kind."

"Unfortunately we felt very unwelcome by Victoria. She was rude to us and rude to colleague. She also gave us our suitcase with somebody else’s bag hooked onto it. In the incorrect hands this could have ended badly!! For this reason we would return back to hotel and wouldn’t recommend to friends and families. The room was ok for our short stay."

"Great location Common area was clean Highly recommended for a place to stay in London."
