"Although not bang in the centre of Vienna the hotel is well served with public transport. It is also very close to a side entrance to Shonnbrunn palace gardens which are lovely. We were in a budget room which was fine. There were were some problems with tv and we were offered an alternative room. It is pleasantly quiet with cafes, resturaunts and bakeries close by"

The location was convenient, with good public transport connections that made it simple to reach Vienna main attractions. The room was spacious, quiet, and well maintained, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of siteseeing. Overall,Hotel is a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable, affordable stay with good service."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfy. The pillows were perfect. The staff members were very nice and helpful. The location was great since we were using the train to get to and fro and all around. My only gripe is the amount charged to store luggage temporarily. It is a nice service, but there is no reason to charge that much for a storage locker."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Kimberly at the front desk was absolutely amazing—so professional, kind, and really went above and beyond to help us, even arranging a room upgrade. The entire stay was comfortable, and we felt really valued as guests. Highly recommend! In addition, Manuel from the bar was so nice that help us celebrate both of our birthdays. He was friendly and so engaged practicing his Spanish.. Simply the best Hotel staying.. A++"
