"Room was clean, but they do not clean everyday up to 4 days at a go.
One has to remind them at reception if they would prefer the room to be cleaned the next day.
Although this was explained at the time of check-in, this is an extra step and not really optimal for a decent hotel."

"The room was nice but not spotless. The parking situation was complicated, to find the entry with the provided coordinates was impossible, the hotel parking was full and the public parking was extremely creepy. The pool was nice in the hot days but i wouldn’t choose it half the year, because of the walking distance, when it gets colder. Also it was smaller than expected. Convenient was the public transport and a shop in house."

"No frills business hotel very close to the VIC. Great views of the Danube and easy transit access to the historic center and the airport bus. Would definitely stay here again! It’s not cheap but the staff is great. If you’re arriving by taxi, you must go to the Melia hotel for drop off and walk over (easy) there’s no place to drive up. I ended up in a car par underneath the hotel at 10pm—not dangerous but also not fun after a long flight. "

"I am very disappointed with my experience at this hotel.
We arrived at around 9:00 AM after a long journey. Since we arrived early, I asked if it would be possible to have breakfast, but my request was refused. I then asked about early check-in and was told to come back after 12:00 PM.
When I returned at 12:30 PM, I was informed that I could check in only if I paid an additional €25 for early check-in, even though the room was clearly already available. While the official check-in time is 3:00...

"Parking is super frustrating and expensive, hard to find. The property used to be a 5 star place some years ago, but it's a bit run down now. The staff is excellent! Absolutely wonderful. Cleanliness was okay, not 5/5, but 4/5. Don't want to find another empty bottle left by a previous guest in my room in future. Walls should be painted. Breakfast was excellent, too. Thank you guys!"

"A very pleasant overnight stay in a lovely area of Vienna. We were in the less grand part of the hotel, but it was very comfortable nonetheless with a nice garden and view of the church. Bit of a shame that Netflix wasn’t working on the TV, but a minor point really. Beds particularly comfortable and plenty of local cafes and bars to enjoy — as well as the park and palace of course! Would recommend."
