Great location. Close to everything within walking distance. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean. The only reason I'm giving ok review is because the room had a strong smell of cigarettes and sweat which. Also.the people statujg above us kept making noise after 11pm they were running around . Other than everything is great.

Hotel encompasses selected rooms within an apartment building. Outstanding central location near Opera, Karlsplatz, ring road, and city center pedestrian shopping and dining zone. Interior decor is a bit dated, but good value for location.

While very unassuming from the outside, this hotel is a little gem right in the centre of all the activities. Very close to the opera, the metro and shopping and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and they keep the rooms very clean. There are some stairs to navigate and the elevator is a bit slow and small, but loved the hotel.

Great hotel

The hotel is in the perfect location for a stay in Vienna..shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and staff very helpful and friendly.

This was a cute little property right by the Opera. It is somewhat of an odd setup and a little outdated, but it was cozy and served all of our needs. It was a great location. Would stay here again.

Once one "north american" person gets over the first impression of an "european apartment" the place is very convenient and has many advantages. The location is right downtown, has a kitchenet where you can basically cook your own food if that's what you want. The place is clean, and the staff is vacuum and cleaning every day. Sometimes there is some noise from the internal court but nothing major.

Comfortable and convenient

Comfortable hotel near square of shops and restaurants. The manager is very nice. Umbrellas available to loan for rainy days. Few steps away from a delicious cafe. Walking distance to a lot of sites.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you are looking for quick and easy access to all the sights in the historic part of city. The room was spacious and had a separate kitchen which was helpful. Overall the hotel was very nice and comfortable. I would recommend it and would stay there again should I come back.

Great location. Clean and safe. Staff was great. Fyi, reception close at 10pm and staff available for emergency. Hotel in part of commercial and residential building. So not your typical hotel setting.
