"Excellent location, friendly and welcoming staff, and the hotel was exceptionally clean."

"Group of 3 and we stayed not on the kontiki property itself but the newly acquired apartments closer to mood beach. The only inconvenience was getting to the natural salt pools, we had to walk around the whole property because our card did not have access to the kontiki entrance by cabana beach restaurant. Our apartment was very spacious, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths that accommodated 3 women perfectly but could fit 4-5 if needed. Access to the beaches and restaurants was great. "

"The hotel staff was very helpful, having the beach and restaurants right on site was super convenient, a variety of options and not having to drive anywhere for meals in the evening. The proximity to the dive boat and the dive company staff were amazing. The music from Mambo beach one night was pretty loud but it was nice to have the option of nightlife within walking distance"

"Blue bay is a beautiful place to stay with great amenities. It's very spacious and security is top tier as well as the staffing. I highly recommend."

"Es entendible que por le precio no es un hotel 5 estrellas y tampoco esperábamos eso pero la decepción fue grande. 1- cucarachas en el baño todas las noches. Matábamos de 1 a 3 cucarachas por noche. 2- se nos ensució un paño y cuando pedimos reemplazo nos cobraron por cambiarlo. 3- el olor del cuarto era de cloaca. 4- la habitación extremadamente diferente a las fotos. Realmente decepcionante. Nos fuimos de ahí al hotel parassassa que es hasta más económico y otra cosa completamente limpio, excelente personal, servicio 10/10"
