"Vi sökte en lägenhet med tre sovrum i bra läge och vi fick en lägenhet med tre sovrum i utmärkt läge. Incheckningen gick smidigt med tillräcklig info i förväg och personal som gick att få tag på via telefon. Vi möttes av en lägenhet som dock var i behov av renovering och som inte var särskilt välstädad. Flera saker i lägenheten var trasiga/lösa.
