The heat in the room does not work. I was told to wait 30 minutes for the hot air to come out of the unit. I waited, no hot air. They are supposed to switch me to a new room. I've been waiting 20 minutes since they said they would be right up. I'm tired and I just want to go to bed.

Parts of the property are under renovation, which gave the exterior a shabby look. The Gallo family restaurant which is attached is “ closed until further notice”. It looks like it’s been closed for a long time! The interior was very clean and the room was very spacious! Breakfast offerings are mediocre- bagels, toast, cold cereal, oatmeal packets, make your own waffles, and scrambled eggs and sausage. Healthier breakfast options would be appreciated.

I did not check out the property. Why did you ask? What staff, I met the guy who checked me in and the women in the morning at the breakfast area. other than that none. I saw a nice gym, but didn't use. the room was ok.

Hello Samantha, Thank you for your review, we are a pet frendly hotel however we do not charge 150 dollars as you stated, our pet fee is 25 dollars per night max of 75 dollars per stay.

Form the start the experience was terrible. They charged my debit card twice but told me I could not check in because the charge was still pending, so I had to put down a credit card. But I couldn’t give them a credit card over the phone so my partner had to drive over to the hotel to drop one off. The shower shelves were falling off the shower and the rooms smelled like a nursing home. They proceeded to charge my debit and credit card for the stay, so I had to call my bank and spend a good hour sorting the whole thing out. Would NOT recommend, there are other hotels roughly the same price with much better service.

the front desk staff especially Jessica were very helpful when I needed to print some materials from my lap top. Room was very clean and extra towels were given to me without my request... Very comfortable stay.

Strange checkin, they said the credit card processor is not set up so I had to write down my credit card info on a form - very odd and made me uncomfortable. Then, the heat in the room wasn’t great, although it was loud, and there was only a very thin blanket on the bed.

Other than being a little bit dated, our stay was very nice, the King bed was super comfortable, the room was very good sized, the property is dog friendly, and the Staff was very kind, friendly and helpful.

La Quinta is pet friendly - and with two medium size dogs, that is the most important consideration. The room and facility was clean, the continental breakfast filling, and the staff courteous. As a traveling pet owner, that is all we ask for.

Decent stay
My stay was fine overall. The lobby was nice, decorated for the holidays. The room was decently comfortable and was quiet (I was on the top floor and the back of the building so not facing the road).

The place charged us for a dog with no warning beforehand, and the advertisement for the inn said "dog friendly." I w as charged 25. -five days after we departed. Also, the inn advertiseses a restaurant next door(Gallo). It was not open on that day, and apparently is never open except for special events. also ice machines hard to find. microwave there but hard to find. staff was pleasant, though limited.
