"excellent service and good place"

"Nice view room was big, but the management is not on site, the remote didn't work because the batteries were leaking acid and wouldn't come to replace them. I went to take a shower the water turned on my fiance walked in telling me that the floor was wet so I turned the water off but it wouldn't turn off called management and they said the main valve is outside the unit we will fix it in the morning and didn't let us change rooms. Turned an amazing family trip into a frustrating nightmare."
