Bad service stuff, very rude receptionist, no water or coffee machine at the room, when I asked for room service it takes more than an hour. even at the checkout, was very bad and I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. I tried to contact the management to complain but no help. I stayed for three nights but it was nightmer

My hotel stay was excellent all around. It was my first time at this hotel and iam very satisfied with hotel condition, room cleanliness and comfort, as well as room and hotel service. This hotel deserves 5 ratings. I hope they keep it up.

The hotel was OK, The shower, cold water was very hot specially afternoon time, also the bed was not comforted enough, they hold cash deposit 300 SAR each day during my stay, they didn’t accept my visa and I have no idea why? (maybe they are following the old fashion). In General it’s not a bad experience

Worst hotel ever, the room service food is terrible ,the burger bun is solid as rock like a frisbee, the check out process took over an hour due to system malfunction and the reception manager was very rude and refused to give me a bill for my staying with them, it was a bad experience and I will not stay again with same hotel company again. Not recommended at all

الفندق بشكل عام ممتاز من كموقع ونظافه .. لكن خدمات الغرف جدا جدا سيئه وبطئ بالخدمه .. ولا يصلح للعائله لديها اطفال بسبب عدم توفير سرير لهم

خلال اسبوعين زرت الفندق مرتين وفي غرفتين مختلفتين يوجد رائحة غير مقبولة في الحمامات في كلا الغرفتين مع العلم ان سكني كان في المره الاولى في الدور الثاني والمره الثانية في الدور الاول عدا ذلك كل شيء كان رائع
