"Our room was clean but very dated and needed maintenance. A 3 ft long light fixture in the bathroom fell down in our bathroom, 2 feet away from me! After that I was afraid to even use the bathroom. Hot water was non existent, out of 7 days we had lukewarm water only 1 day. Wifi is terrible, dont plan on connecting. Food was ok, not great. "It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....
