"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The orchid garden is peaceful and sublime. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, Jose and Claudia, to check out was fantastic. Housekeeping was excellent with superb attention to detail, the wait staff were patient and knowledgeable and the beach staff was accommodating and friendly. The night security guard even got cushions for us so we could stargaze in comfort! It was a wonderful visit for me and my elderly parents....

"The place was very convenient to the beach. Uber driver knew exactly where it was. Check in was a bit off, as they did not give directions how or where to check in. Only a big sign saying Welcome…We asked some people sitting in the attached restaurant, and one obviously worked at the hotel and got the manager who checked us in. "This was our third time staying at this resort and we appreciate that it has not changed too much. We had a standard room and the only complaints we had about it was the lack of a chair and an air conditioner that made the room too cold. We asked the front desk for a chair, since the only place to sit was on the bed and were told that standard rooms didn't have chairs. We found that we really didn't need the air conditioner at night. "The main and probably the only thing that I did not like was the water pressure and the fact that warm water lasted a few seconds. I had to give my 3 year old cold showers after being in the beach and pool all day. The food was ok but very repetitive. Some food had flavor and other tasted like cardboard. Outside of that the entire place was super clean and staff was very attentive. Be careful with the vendors by the beach if they think you don’t know they will over charge you on things. The store in the place was also super expensive. A small kids candy toy was priced at $17 dollars. Something that cost in Florida $2 at a gas station. But I honestly cannot complain. I was able to go to all the bear by resorts that lifestyle has and use any pool other than VIP. Check in was easy and it ver all I would go back for sure. "

"We had a beautiful renovated room, very spacious, double sinks and a huge balcony. The a la carts were all delicious, loved the Italian but all were good. The staff are so nice everywhere you go, can't ask for better service. There are 13 pools to choose from, all have bar service, the spa pool is quiet and lovely. We will be going back! We had a great time. It is a huge resort and a lot of walking but shuttles are available and take you where to you need to go. The resort is very safe, the casino is fun at night and open until 2. Most bars close at 11 or 12. You can't go wrong with this resort. "
