"The staff was helpful and organised enough cups and glasses for us. No cutlery or plates in the room. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast varied over the days and something for everyone. Staff that filled up the breakfast buffet and cleared the tables were very friendly."

"Parking was a bit awkward, having to leave the car a fair distance away, apart from when arriving, & when packing up to leave. Otherwise all was fine. Loved the cockatoos on the balcony railing!"

"This hotel was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. No issues at all. Not much to do in the immediate area (the nearby McDonald's isn't very nice), but just a short walk to the train station to go into the city. Perfect for a short stay!"

"The hotel stay was comfortable but at about the same price point there are other better hotels in the Chatswood vicinity. The hotel lift system is a bit confusing though. There are no lift buttons inside the lift and one has to click the floor their going to even before getting on the lift. This was a bit confusing to older people in my travel group. And besides they dont make up your room if you stay e.g 3 days and 2 nights."

"Amazing little place to stay, Heaps of cool things to do within the building, Would be a great spot for a big group , has bbqs and great hanging spots. All staff were so kind and helpful and gave great recommendations to check out in Sydney. Highly recommend and definitely would stay again. "

"Check in was seamless and the front of house staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall I had a great stay. The only downside was being allocated a room directly above the parking garage. It was unexpectedly busy throughout the night and could get quite loud."

"This was one of the most amazing experiences we had while in Australia! The breakfast was amazing, they had a buffet and you could also order from their menu. We had a koala in a tree right outside our room! The retreat gave us a pass to come and go freely within the wildlife park, and it is quite expansive. We took a night time tour where we got to see animals we would not have gotten to see during the day, and also took a behind the scenes tour during the day where we saw various wallabies and...
