Our room was beautiful the walk in shower was perfect for our age (76). The bed was so comfortable and the coffee bar with Starbucks coffee was so enjoyable. We loved the breakfast and dinner at the hotel! Overall just a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone!

Nice Property but Hard Bed and Smelly Water
The property itself is nice, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and I had everything needed in the room. The cons - most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. As soon as I started the shower, the water smelled really strange, both from the shower faucet and sink. Very off putting. I would stay again because of location and the staff, but comfort won’t be a thing.

Nice family stay.
The hotel is new, and it is in a nice area. There are great places to eat nearby, and the hotel restaurant is nice, too. The staff are friendly and very welcoming.

Really a great stay and a great rate.
Very good. Clean and safe. Bathroom was very clean and the carpeting was also clean. Fantastic. Zero problems.

Very sad trip to McKinney Texas. Was just here 25 days ago. Mother passed away here in McKinney so returned and again stayed at Sheraton McKinney. Felt good to stay at reliable comfortable safe and friendly place with great location. Remembered Tania at front desk. She works many hours and always very pleasant. My room was philthy. Went to plug in my cell phone cable in the wall behind the nightstand. They was enough trash behind the nightstand to fill the trash can. I am tall so each time I walked past the armoire I could see the accumulated dust and dirt on top of the cabinet. It was not a once missed item by housekeeping it was untouched for many weeks. The tile on my shower threshold was badly stained from rusted water drainage. Part of the charm of The Grand Hotel is the historical building (circa 1800's?) however, it appears general maintenance and cleaning are being neglected.
