"Stayed here last night with my husband, and the entire hotel was hosting an anime event throughout all of their lobby and amenities. There were hundreds of strange individuals dressed in costumes and even questionable looking people in thongs. It was hard to even manage walking through the lobby because of how packed it was and they are hosting this all weekend. We checked into our room and it was ok, but the room was a connecting room and the neighbors were so loud we could hear every word of their conversations. We ultimately had to switch rooms at 10pm which ended up being on a lower floor and not as nice as a room. The AC also did not work so it was unbearably hot throughout the night. I never write reviews but the overall experience was so terrible, especially for staying at the Hilton. They really should have made the stays for the weekend exclusive to the people attending the event. It was so strange to be subjected to that and so many people throughout the lobby and amenities which we didn’t feel comfortable using."

"the worst sleep ever there is a loud non stope Noise in the room because of the HVAC system and couldn't asleep when I asked the front desk they couldn't help "

"PROS: staff nice,,room was clean,clean sheets,clean towels, the eggs & sausage were hot & actually good! What more could you want? CONS; window shade broken,but at least it was broken in a good way,down position! Some wall outlets not working,but some were (yay!) no hair dryer (but they found me one) no fridge (but they were willing to go find me one) SUGGESTIONS: provide more coffee pods,creamers & sugar in the room (ditch the packets that include a tiny napkin (they are more expensive and a waste) Get rid of the kleenex boxes (provide lotion instead) get rid of bar soap (does anyone still use bar soap? And cleaning staff will appreciate too!!! Oh,ditch the crushed foam pillows! THANK YOU for being affordable."
