The AC didn’t work in the room upon arrival, then we froze at night due to poorly working thermostat. In room services were not ideal, no cleaning or resupply unless you called front desk and asked. Only valet parking is available, so expect$50 a day for that, not sure it’s worth 50, but at least they were prompt. Calling front desk takes 30-45 mins to speak to someone. Hotel restaurant is undergoing renovations, when checking in I asked for a list of nearby restaurants, front desk staff “couldn’t find it”. When you have questions, staff gives a lot of I don’t know, no balcony rooms are available, plenty of homeless people provide conversation when out on street near hotel. This property could be so much more if staff were more attentive. I probably won’t book here again, scuffs and marred corners in bathroom seem strange, tub could use a good scrub. While in elevator another couple stated they were trying the 5th room, because the original one had no AC. Had to ask for coffee and coffe products cups etc, we’re not advised complimentary coffe would be available in lobby, but that was staged nearer to 7am, no other beverages were available as comps, no flavored water or imple beverages.
