The valet attendant on Friday afternoon was not very courteous. When asked, “What about my luggage?” He responded with a rude and sarcastic tone, “Um, you get it out of your car?” To which I asked, “Well, do you have a luggage rack I can use?” And he brought one, then begged me to please bring it back. It would have been nice to have the gentleman assist a lady with her luggage, but he didn’t act like one. The young man valet attendant on Sunday was kind and loaded my luggage for me. I called the hotel that morning and was told early check in started at 2, but ended up waiting an hour and forty-five minutes for my room to be ready, while other guests were able to check in quickly. And you’re stuck with valet parking because of the limited space in downtown Dallas. On the last day, valet kind of brushed off my concern about needing to use split payments and told me to just call the manager if something goes wrong, but it was an urgent need to use another card. I called the manager and he had to handle it.
