"If you’re considering staying here, please read the below. This was my experience: In order to check in the host has to let you in. They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. "Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"Excellent, avec le temps les séjours en hôtel me sont devenus insupportable car trop impersonnels et usants. Les chambres des hôtels sont étriquées, bruyante et peu adaptées pour les journées de travail d'intérieur. Cet appartement était tout simplement époustouflant pour moi. Il était immense et parfaitement au calme, j'avais l'impression d'être presque chez moi. Un bémol tout de même pour le quartier populaire qui risque d'en repousser plus d'un(e), surtout le soir."

"Unable to give a review about the property because we were unable to use it because we never received the secure link we were supposed to get and when we arrived we were unable get ahold of anyone to get assistance to get in. If you call the number listed (972)513-8529 it will either go straight to v/m and it's uncertain whether you will be able to leave a message or not. Expedia itself has not been helpful either with this so I'll probably not be booking through them anymore."

"This hotel will ask for a lot of your information via email communication; that is due to the fact that they dont have an office. Nor do they have a sign, this is a few floors at an apartment complex. The room was nice, it has a washer and dryer, which is atypical from other hotels; a large kitchen, and full of amenities. However, the dated halls and stained carpets were like you were walking into a foreign land from the lobby where the Hilton is. The hotel was late in sending me the check in...

"I would not recommend stay here. Ever. There was nothing smooth about this stay. The dryer that was mentioned for use, did not work. There were not enough towels for the guests and of course we could not wash them as the dryer did not work. There was no remote for one tv in one room and the other room had no cable or firestick or anyway to watch tv at all. The amenities offered were not available. The only thing that went smoothly was leaving. I do not recommend staying here."
