"My stay at the Swexan was fantastic. It was in close proximity to everything from restaurants, to shopping and business appointments. The corner King suite was beautiful and spacious. "Parking is done by a 3rd party company for both properties and is valet only. Valet crew was great helped out in the tight area that isvthe front of the hotel. Breakfast was the usual fare eggs toast waffles cereals and such. Did have bacon and that was a plus also didnt have to pay extra for it so that was a nice surprise. "

"Clean room, safe and secure inside, could benefit from an in room safe. Mostly quiet. I liked the water in the reception area. Adequate for the price point. I wasn’t used to the socio-economic conditions in downtown Dallas. It did feel edgy walking around in the area of the hotel. I understood the authorities are working hard to improve safety in downtown, significant police and security evident and very friendly and supportive of tourists."

"The hotel was under renovation and we didn’t know when we booked it. The hotel and room were clean. Staff were excellent. I hate complaining about food, but for what we paid for breakfast I have to say it was disappointing. The potatoes were cold and hard. Not much to choose from either. Parking is $55 per night to valet. Another factor that wasn’t mentioned prior to booking "
