"What a pity! This hotel could be fabulous. It is modern and stylish but the staff need to be trained in how to look after guests. To our mind the room we were first shown did not match our expectations: it had a lake peep not view. This may be down to an inadequate website description; but instead of offering us an immediate upgrade we had to argue our point with the receptionist."

"View from room was great. Room’s quality is amazing. You’ll get what you expect in Hilton. “BUT” Just two things, it’s hard to communicate in English even checking in. Checking trouble hold us like an hour, and no explanation given. (I had to make an hour international call to Expedia to know there was no issue.)"
