"This place was brilliant. The staff were fantastic and always had time to chat and recommend great spots. Breakfast and dinner was always great with good portion sizes to keep you fed. We had an amazing visit to the rainforest and I would recommend the crocodylus to anyone who wants to stay IN the rainforest (and doesn’t mind the power being off at night).
Also! If you have the opportunity to go on the night walk it really is a must do. Our guide Odin was unbelievably tuned in to everything...

Cape Tribulation Beach House liegt ganz am Ende von Cape Trib und fügt sich super in den Regenwald ein. Hier bist du richtig wenn du die Natur mit allen Sinnen genießen möchtest. Die Cabins sind ganz ohne Schnörkel aber sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer mit riesiger Dusche (wir hatten eine 6 Personen Cabin) war top in Schuss.
Sehr empfehlenswert ist auch das Abendessen im Restaurant direkt am Strand, eventuell reservieren.

"Was told when we arrived there at about 7.15 on Sat. 29 Sept that my Booking was NOT for the 29 and 30 but for 30 and 31. They were totally booked for the 29 and there was nothing that could be done she put me in contact with a motel in Port Douglas at $45 above what the booking .
I was told to cancel the booking, and I would get my money back from the agent.

"Super Lage, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Gepflegte Anlage, nette und hilfsbereite Inhaberin. Pool und BBQ Area sieht gut aus, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Geräumige Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. Leider Dusche mit Duschvorhang... Laundry möglich, mit jeweils AUD 6 für Waschen und Trocknen aber genauso teuer wie auswärts. Parkplätze etwas eng."
