"Had a great stay here for our 3 week trip! Got the superior deluxe rooms which are pretty spacious, the staff are lovely and the hotel is nice. Location is perfect - close to Okubo station and the yamanote line Shin-Okubo station. Carpet in my room did have some stains on, but the soles of my slippers didn't get dirty as I walked round it so it is clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was dust gathering in the aircon vents. These were minor though and I would really recommend staying...
