The staff were the best part of the hotel from Tyson at breakfast with tips & hints, Chris overall with help in many areas & finally Nam who was very considerate the day of arrival after a bad day travelling to the hotel. Noise was bit of an issue but Chris was understanding & considerate resolving the problem.

"We stayed 2 nights at the Hilton Da Nang. The stay was good overall, the staff was generally great but they did attempt to double charge us for our 2 children. We had prepaid this on expedia. We eventually got it resolved but we shouldn't have to argue with the staff about this."
