"After staying here, we will never use a hotel in Houston again. It was very quiet. The staff were exceptional. The breakfast was incredible. Everything about this little spot was perfect. My wife continues to want to go to Houston just so we can stay there again. She left a pair of shoes accidentally and the owner even shipped them back to my wife. You don’t get that level of service at a hotel. I would give this place 10 stars if possible."

"Americas Best Value Inn Medical Center Downtown. The staff was amazing very kind helpful and understanding during a stressful time for our family. My mother stayed at the hotel so she could be close by to help take care of my father who is in the hospital. Even though we live over five hours away the staff went above and beyond to help extend her stay without any issues. They made the process easy and were incredibly accommodating. "Staff was friendly despite being very busy they took their time with each person checking in to make sure they had what they needed. Room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one evening had a drink from the bar, very nice bartender and wait staff for breakfast were nice and friendly. Overall nice stay. "
