"Firstly, the staff were absolutely friendly which made the stay very welcoming. The hotel is new so very clean. I need the brand to those pillows! The pool goes up to 6ft! The water was perfect temperature and I don't usually get in the hotel hot tubs, however, there was no denying this one. I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. "

"Decent stay, the room didn’t have a fridge that I paid extra for, the pillows were not comfortable. Bar staff was great. Went to have breakfast in morning and stood there 5 min waiting for someone to come help us and we finally left. We stay here whenever we go to rapid and this was the worst it’s been. "

Centrally located to see Mt. Rushmore, Jewel and Wind Caves as well as Custer State Park.Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"Clean room, lovely facility, decent breakfast-coffee temperature was not hot enough. The delightful hostess was very apologetic and brought both the regular and decaf temps to acceptable temps right away. Nicest employee in entire hotel! "

"Cheaply remodeled, hotel the refrigerator was very loud and outdated, but for the price really can’t complain. "

"The room was awesome! Staff was top notch. One star deducted because we just didnt like our bed. It was a memory foam but was way to stiff for our liking."
