"Our room was clean, which is top priority. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! AC worked wonderfully. The beds were medium firmness, and I slept like a baby every night. Carpeted floors are clean. I know because we have a crawling baby, and his legs were never dirty. It was a bit of a walk around the back of the pool area and across the parking lot to get to reception (breakfast area, get more towels, etc). There is an indoor and outdoor pool but the outdoor one was closed a few days because of rain or risk of lightning. "Quiet and serene, the property was just outside Keystone. A perfect spot for exploring the Black Hills, centrally located. The pool was stocked with pool noodles and toys. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and cozy. The wifi is spotty in some areas."

I was charged by Expedia for this stay The girl then charged me when I checked in, she said she'd reverse it and it's still not reversed and now I see TWO MORE charges from them after check out. Can't get ahold of the property. Bad customer service all around."

"The room was very clean no residual odors like some hotel rooms. Hot tub was hot and the pool was just right. It's right near the cool chainsaw, art, and places to eat. cleaner and better maintained than the super 8 in Denver and that was $100 more!"

"First time at Mount Rushmore and happy I booked Roosevelt Inn as my first choice. Check in was quick and easy as for the front desk lady Ashley she was very descriptive throughout the inn very helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious each morning my mom and I stayed two nights so each time is little different. Very fun watching pancakes machine."
