"Upon arrival we were told a water pipe burst in our room. We had to find another hotel. We were offered a full refund, which would be processed immediately. It's the next day and we haven't seen or heard from anyone on the refund."

"Room decor had pleasant rustic decor. Loved the tree lined hills outside the front and back windows and the spacious wrap around front porch. The owners were quick to respond with a personal phone call. Our stay was short, but sweet!"
