"Needed to add an extra night due to one of my siblings being end of life. The lady on reception was so kind to find me a good rate and stay in the same room. This is why I choose to stay at the Gresham every time I need to visit my family. I can’t fault the place in the least. Will keep coming back whenever I am able. "

"Nice room, great location, didn’t try the food but staff were helpful and friendly. They were able to instruct and direct the group of ten men who joined me and the wife for a Bukkake Party in our room. Would use again as free parking and plenty of places to eat in the area. "

"The staff were warm and welcoming on our arrival. One of the rooms in our party was for a person with an electric wheelchair. The accessible room was perfect. There was room around the bed to get around and the bathroom was petfect for transferring. The other rooms were laid out for comfort and convenience. There was even a fridge in every room, which we all loved. The air conditioning was perfect for me as I like my room cool to get a good nights sleep. My only criticism would be the reduced menu over the Christmas period especially if you have people with food allergies in your party. The kitchen staff went above and beyond to meet our needs hence my 5 star review. Would definitely stay there again and have already recommended the hotel to all my family and friends. Well done.."

"The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom. The only downsides were that the bathroom had a really strong drain smell and then in a morning we’d get food smells in the kitchen that seemed to be coming through from other apartments. These are more building issues rather than the stay itself though. The listing also makes it sound like parking is included in the visit, but it isn’t. We ended up paying around £50 to park in the multi-storey opposite."
