"Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The room and rest of the hotel was so nice and clean. A really nice touch was getting water bottles when we checked in and being able to fill them up in the 24-hour convenience room. Awesome! And the location was perfect for getting anywhere quickly."

"Property is close to all the relevant attractions but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Easy to access public transportation. Food ordered and served was good. Rooftop Spyglass Bar is just OK other than the view of the Empire State bldg which is outstanding. Room I had was small, had limited soundproofing, and had a loud and obtrusive HVAC system. Overall it was acceptable but I would stay elsewhere next time I need to be in midtown."

"Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance."

"The property seemed newly renovated and updated. Nice and quiet room with working, comfortable air conditioning. Comfortable places to sit and relax both inside and outside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Many choices for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel."
