"We had an excellent experience. All the staff was friendly and helpful. There are many dining options in the hotel. The pools are very well maintained. The only negative: the mattress was saggy. Otherwise, a all-around wonderful experience and we will be back!"

As a woman travelling alone a night light system in the bathroom would be nice and also trying to do makeup for a meeting impossible because of poor lighting. "

"The staff were quick to respond whenever I needed anything. The various pieces of furniture and "period pieces" in the lobby made it very interesting. I was disappointed to find out they no longer had a restaurant and suggest they take that info down on their website. One of the places I was interested in seeing was the 1881 area and it was so close. Also lots of stores, banks and restaurants in the area."
