"Good hotel. Great location and staff was lovely. Fresh coffee every morning was great. Room was very dark (limited lighting in room, smaller window) so ultimately didn’t want to spend much time in there. Room showed some wear. Provided robe was dirty/had stains on it."

"Everything was fine, clean, friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is literally inside of a mall. I probably should have read a more in depth description of the location. We ended moving to Roma Norte, which was much more our speed. But if you don't mind being in a mall, then this is a great place."
