"Where do you start. Checked in, no problem, decent room, etc. Come in from work, Day 2. Bed not made, floor not swept, no clean towels. I took dirty towels to front desk, exchanged for clean ones. Day 3, came in from work, bed was not made, floor had not been swept, but did get clean towels. I stripped sheets off bed, took them downstairs to front desk. Just ses like the houskeeping staff was a little lax."

"The staff at night were exceptionally helpful to me and my children! There weren’t any issues in getting me and my children some plates and napkins, even brought towels to the pool for us. I don’t remember the guy’s name from the desk, but I remember him having dreads and always smiling to may walking in."

"This hotel is very nice, clean, and the staff is very helpful and friendly for the most part. We had a scare while there with the fire alarm but other than that it was awesome! They just need a pool!!!!"
