"Only slight peave during this stay was having some form of air con unit that was placed above a grid vent - would be nice if this was slightly quieter. Room was always clean, housekeeping replaced everything I wanted them to. Another great thing would be if you followed my preference in the all accor app(but that's very picky feedback)"

"Great base for a short stay. Had been to see an act at Sheffield City Hall as well as see my daughter at uni there. Great central position. Not the owners fault, but as a single female could see how could be a little intimidated, two lads were sat legs out their window by the main entrance as I walked my daughter to friends around 11pm. "

"Good location, nice reception, rooms need a refurbishment. Towel rail not working. Room was cold . I believe the house control the heating and didn't have it switched on to cut costs. Summer stay would be ok."
