"The staff were particularly helpful. They were out of welcome cookies but told us to make sure to call back for them. Our request for a quieter room was accommodated. The room was immaculate, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had both bath and shower. Faultless."

"We were offered a 3 course meal with a glass of Wine for £25 per person, and an upgrade for £11 this offer came on my phone a couple of days before we arrived. I had both the offers the room was a superior room so much larger with a bath and the meal was also excellent. I will be coming again, as we came to a show at the lyceum and have more shows booked this year. The lyceum is only a 5 minute walk away."

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was offered tea brought to my room on arrival. The bar was closed for one night of my stay, but I was advised the day beforehand. "AVOID! On arrival we got our keys from the keylock which was a simple process. When entering the apartment it completely stunk of cigs and w - as if people had been in there for days smoking. Even aside from the foul smell the place is very run down, lots of marks and stains on the walls etc. The glass hob surface had a large chip/crack on it which you could easily cut yourself of. A number is given to contact and says it's staffed until 8pm. We arrived about 8:30 but messaged basically...

"Even though the hotel was clean and well maintained, I found the entrance difficult to find and also a lack of parking which required parking my vehicle at a parking garage in the city about three blocks away. At night returning from there back to the hotel, I felt uneasy as there were some shady individuals in that area."
