"The room was clean the bedrooms were quiet and the area was nice. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and had great service. The only thing I would change is I would open the pool up earlier in the morning, it opened at 10 and we could not use it and in the room we could not control the thermostat on our AC so we could not keep the fan running through the night. Other than that everything was great."

"Our room was incredibly humid and smelled like mold when we arrived. Room 301. The air unit wasn’t on so we walked over to turn it on and the whole carpet was soaked, assuming that’s why it was off because while on it just continued to leak or condensate all over the carpet, no doubt causing mold issues. The bathroom shower also leaked constantly and you couldn’t get it to stop. For the price you’d assume it would be better maintained. Certainly not worth the price at this location. The front...

"Minimal staff, only the receptionist. No one tidied up my room or replaced towels or coffee supplies. My shower had what I think was pseudonymous growing in the corners and the floors were pretty dirty. The hallways smelled like wild oinions."

"The room was nice. The check in lady was ok the check out guy was terrible. He never refilled the breakfast food and acted like i was interrupting his day. The remote didn't work so there was no TV. And the shower curtain rod didn't stay in place. It was a pressure rod."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a fridge & microwave. The bed was comfortable and sheets & comforter were very white. The only issue to me was that the images online showed a pool but there wasn't one. I think that really had to do with how confusing the internet is sometimes. The front desk people were pleasant & easy check-in. I'm not sure why it gets low ratings. It is a good value for the price. We would stay there again. Soda machine was $1.00 (Yahoo)."

"The room was exceptionally clean and in good shape. Breakfast was pretty limited but at least it was something. The prices for a Lenoir City location were definitely high for location. But at least Marriotts are always clean and you can count on excellent service."

"Checking in at night with Derrick was great. He helped with restaurant recommendations that turned out perfectly. Wanted to tip him in link sent in the morning but it only listed the morning staff to tip and they were worthless. Sorry we couldn't have done more for Derrick. The room needs to be closed until renovations are completed. It was half painted, floors were dirty including the towel cubby. The microwave was disgusting and the fridge had some red stuff in it that leaked from the...
