"The the staff were amazing. We couldn’t fault anything. On arrival we checked in at reception to be greeted with our room information and all information relevant to the hotel such as parking and food. We were shown to our room which was lovely very comfortable bed and the shower was amazing. We popped over for dinner and had our son and grandson join us. Our grandson has a peanut allergy. "I had read so many bad reviews about the hotel I was a bit nervous about what we would turn up to! The lady on reception was so lovely and welcoming. We had a big room with a lovely sea view so I was happy, the room yes was old and outdated but it didn’t smell and it was clean! Bathroom was great with a bath and shower and the water was nice and hot. The room was very hot though had to open all the windows and this meant we could totally hear the nightclub over the road and everyone outside so...
